An easy technique you can do at home to unblock your chakras!!!!

The purpose of chakra balancing is to support a balanced flow that will sustain our overall level of energy. In our every day life, we are subjected to a number of daily chores stresses, demands that really have an effect on our overall energy.

This can be draining on you on a daily basis, day after day after day.

Balancing consists in establishing sufficient and consistent flow where there is not enough, regulating energy where there is too much, and aligning where there is distortion's or displacement.

When you are balanced you feel light, confident, sure of yourself, your thoughts are mostly happy, positive, you fell well. Some people may even compliment you and say "you are glowing". Not only that, we attract all of the same vibrations as we emit, by

'The Law of Vibration ' What does that mean... If your vibes are high you attract those people and situations who vibe the same vibe. That is only a good thing right Q .

There area few ways that you can do this at home -

Guided Chakra Balancing Meditation (there are tons of these accessible on Youtube)

Visualise a bright clean fresh white light coming down from the heavens above you, visulise it coming through the crown of your head, cleaning away any dust and debris that's within your psyche. Take at least 30 seconds to 1 minute to visualise your crown filed with light and perfectly balanced. Next visualise the white light moving down to the area between your eyebrows, known as the third eye, or brow chakra. Again visualise this are being cleaned by this amazing healing light and visualise your third eye chakra light and perfectly balanced.

Now moving onto the throat area, this healing light fills your throat chakra, cleaning any darkness, any greyness any cobwebs. Visualise your throat chakra light and perfectly balanced. Moving on to your heart area known as your heart chakra, this area tends to take a pounding...... pardon the pun!!! Take the time to really visualise this area sparkling clean, filed with light and perfectly balanced, moving down to the solar plexus area, which is the area right bellow your rib cage, take a deep breath in and visualise the light coming through your solar plexus chakra filling it with healing light, visualise it filed with light and perfectly balanced, moving on to the sacral chakra which is right bellow your belly button, visualise this are filling with the light spend some time intending or visualising using your imagination, that this area is filled with light and perfectly balanced. Moving on finally to the root chakra which is the area at the tail of your spine, visualise this are being cleansed, filled with light and perfectly balanced.

You can do this in seconds if you need to. If you have company yet you want to bring balance to yourself, I'd advise you do this visualisation exercise, only speed it up a little. It will lift you up, however i do suggest do a proper chakra balancing session.

If you can take 15 minutes a day for balance, then I'd highly recommend you take it and run with it.

You will see and feel a huge difference if you stick with this.

I am a energy healer and the difference that I feel giving that time to myself for balance is off the scale worth it!!!
