Increase your vibration and support your Immunity.

In light of recent events I thought I'd create some content on how to help aid and boost your immune system naturally by increasing your vibration.
A healthy body resonates at a frequency of 60 —72 MHz
When your frequency drops to 58 MHz you are susceptible to picking up colds, flus and viruses.
Keeping your vibration high is important. Everything is energy. Energy is all that there is.
Before I delve into what helps increase your vibration. I will first tell you a biggie that suppresses your vibration.
Stress/Fear.
In a nut shell any time you are feeling stress, fear, lack, scarcity, insecurity and anxieties your immune system takes a hit.
Stress activates the fight or flight hormones and that is where your energy is spent instead of spend supporting you.
"Your energy flows to where your energy goes.”
Ways to increase your vibration:
Vitamin D. If the sun is shining and you get the opportunity just 15 minutes is enough to boost your vibration.
Grounding In nature – Take the opportunity to put your bare feet on the ground connects you straight away to the negative ions produced by mother Gaia. Grounding has so many health benefits. I try to at least ground for 10 minutes a day, depending on the season and our weather of course. Touching and hugging a tree has the same healing properties.
Crystals are high vibrational and can be chosen specifically for what you are trying to achieve.
Water is the ultimate cleanser, It cleanses your energy field, instantly increasing your vibration.
Music is therapy. Listening to upbeat music will increase your vibration.
Laughing has to be a favourite for me. It instantly brings you into your heart space.
Love is the highest vibration.
Gratitude brings us in to a joyous, thankful receiving space.
Foods such as green leafy vegetables, fresh berries, sprouts, fresh herbs, spices and herbal teas.
Meditation can help to reduce the amount of negative thoughts swimming around in your head. It teaches you to be present in the moment, Instead of fretting about the future.
Acts of Kindness boosts your mood. A smile offered to a stranger. A compliment. A tip.
Dance move your body, exercise, this instantly takes you out of stagnation.
Breathe deeply. Most of the day we shallow breathe, some even hold their breath. Simply breathe in for 6 seconds, hold for 4 seconds and then out for 6 seconds. Do this at least three times and you will automatically shift your mood and vibration.
Appreciate the beauty around you. Open your eyes up to see the beauty in everything.
Plants increase your vibration. Introduce nature into your home and or work spaces. They will cleanse the air and increase the vibration in your spaces.
Attitude is huge! We all get the choice how we act in any given situation. When we look at our options. Will this bring me/us peace? Or will this bring me/us stress? Learn to not sweat the small stuff. If it isn’t disastrous and unfixable then don’t sweat it. Release any frustrations and built up anger by writing them down or by kicking a punch bag. Whatever works for you.
Self-Love. Truly is a game changer! When we stop criticising ourselves and others and focus on our strengths we begin to form that habit and then that habit becomes a lifestyle. Be giving to others when you have taken care of yourself first. Then you won’t be depleted. Self-love comes in many forms. I like to think of it as treating yourself as you would treat your friends. Put yourself first. Adjust your boundaries. Start flipping the negative limited beliefs that you hold about yourself.
Stay away or limit yourself from toxic people. Surround yourself more with people who fan your flames. People who make you feel good. It’s super contagious!
Your immune system benefits greatly having a healthy high vibration.
