Crystal Healing, how does it work?

Crystal are natural minerals from the earths core. Each crystal holds its own unique healing vibration. Crystals healing works by placement on and around the body, as jewellery or to carry in your pocket. Its known that the vibration of that crystal aligns with you auric field, helps to assist you with the healing properties within that stone.

Let use one of my favourite crystals as an example as to how healing crystals can help you. Rose Quartz If for example you are heart broken, you lack self love, your heart centre is closed, then Rose Quartz will assist in opening the heart chakra for LOVE in all areas.

Rose quartz is often called the "Love Stone." It's energetic hallmark is that of unconditional love that opens the heart chakra. This makes rose quartz a stone for every type of love, self-love, family, platonic, romantic, and unconditional.

Black Obsidian is another great crystal for repelling negativity, It absorbs any negativity within or around you, helping your energy to be clean, clear and balanced.

These are just two stones as an example of the properties and how it works on helping the body begin its own natural healing process.

Crystals are fairly inexpensive and can be purchased from a new age store, or online. Be careful to investigate the properties of the crystal to know if it is going to work with you and your energy. Make sure to cleanse any crystals purchased, you can do this by smudging with white sage using sticks. Sage is a powerfully cleansing herb and will work to cleanse the crystals so that they are ready to be programmed by yourself to work for you and your highest good.
