Your Body Is A Thinking Body.

I want to bring your awareness to the connection between your mind and body, Your mind and body are not separate they are in sync and completely interconnected.
Your body hears everything you think about it, consciously and sub-consciously. If you tell yourself enough that you aren't good enough, your fat, thin, your teeth aren't straight. The energy that negative talk brings to you body, the instance you think poorly of yourself, completely changes the chemical reactions in our bodies, in relation to what it's being fed.
Self Love is something I champion. The reason being that, if you feed your body with self love, your not seeking any outside approvals, you accept yourself.. You then invite others to love you, exactly as you are. Only leading to beautiful loving accepting vibrations. Our bodies can change just by changing your thoughts!!
Its not an over night fix, its a work in progress, be always learning and growing. If you want your life to improve then you will take on board what I've said and really if nothing else you've everything to gain.
Your body chemicals change according to your thinking. Maintain mindfulness in changing your focus on love. after-all love is the most highest vibration, It will over power any negative talk, thinking or feeling as long as you keep it up.
