Change Your Mindset, Change Your LIFE!

I promote Happiness and I have done so for many many years.
I've faced adversity along the way. I've had people pose the questions"You can't be happy just by being positive"... surely.. "You live with your head in the clouds", "You look at life through rose tinted glasses".
Just by attempting to be positive isn't quite enough, especially if you are coming from a place of disbeleif. You've already set the tone. You've made your mind up already,that it's not going to make a difference.
Your intentions are so important when you are looking to make changes to your well being. Having faith, letting go, maintaining a open heart, mind and soul. Really is the first step.
Thinking positive is just the start of your adjustments, it's a lifestyle, being positive has to become a way of life. This doesn't mean you can never think or feel negative, more so it means that despite the situation you are mindful that your energy and vibrations need raised.
Rising your vibrations is the very key to attracting positivity into your life. Like attracts like and you attract the vibrations to you that you emit. So the more mindful you are, the more you can control your vibrations, to change positively. This is a huge shift in helping you towards well-being!!! Isn't that something to work towards?

Try not to get involved in negative talk, change the tone and topic of any negative conversation. See how it feels just to switch 180 degrees, ask people about something which forces them to respond positively.... e.g. how was your holiday?
Be the light, be the guidance, no focusing on the negative. Acknowledge it yes, however do not participate and or dwell. It's a choice you have, just by making that choice, you will see and feel the difference in your life.
I wasn't always mindful of how I spoke about myself, my friends/family, my job, the weather... I limited my beliefs about myself, everyone and everything. I freed myself. I attempted to focus on my mind-set and I honestly seen felt and encouraged a huge difference to my life. All I did was make the CHOICE and applied it. It was that simple. It takes only 21 days to make or break a habit. 3 weeks focus, to really change your life.
Some situations we can’t avoid, its how we deal with it, allow it to be as it is without negative judgement on your part, take yourself out of it. Extract the goodness out of a person or situation. It not only makes you feel good it can influence a negative situation heavily, by simply applying love.
