Stress is something we are all going to face daily. If you are naturally a stress head then you'd want to take notes.
Stress stimulates the immune system, which can be a plus for immediate situations. This stimulation can help you avoid infections and heal wounds. But over time, stress hormones will weaken your immune system and reduce your body’s response to foreign invaders. People under chronic stress are more susceptible to viral illnesses like the flu and the common cold, as well as other infections. Stress can also increase the time it takes you to recover from an illness or injury.
If this is you then you'll want to add ways into your lifestyle to let go of the stresses that naturally build up. A few ways in which you can help yourself to let go and release, in order for you to avoid a toxic build up.

There are loads of ways to let go of the inner baggage. If you do this regularly you'll feel a difference to you whole life and lifestyle. Whatever is involved for you to "dump the junk" do it!!! You can't put a price on your health!
Your health includes a healthy mind, body and spirit. It's also extremely important to be mindful of your thoughts. Are you thoughts filled with errands and tasks? Or are your thoughts present? Start having more faith in yourself, start taking care of yourself. For example If you feel tired, moody, stressed, angry, unfocused, and unruly then its time for you to switch your focus, big time and drop the junk!
Go for a regular massage , go and play Squash every Thursday after work or do whatever is good for you to release and refuel. You wont have the energy if you are filled with stress and anxiety, instead you'll be a unsteady empty vessel. Do it for yourself and it will benefit your family your work life and everything you come into contact with.
