Balance
It's important to know when we are out of balance, so that we can work to correct it. The longer it takes us to notice the signs, the longer the healing process. This then requires you to spend more time regularly making sure you are supporting your energy centres.
The Root chakra is the centre located at the base of our spine. This chakra affects our mental, spiritual, and physical health, leading to financial worry, anxiety and fears, constipation, leg pains, and lack mindsets
Five signs your root chakra is out of balance.
You feel a lack of physical energy and vitality.
Your sense of well-being is highly dependent upon external circumstances. So when circumstances aren't to your liking, you feel insecure. You feel a general lack of confidence in dealing with anything outside your comfort zone. You believe that money creates security and that there is an amount of money that if attained, would guarantee your security. You experience any of the following physical symptoms on a frequent or recurring basis: eating disorders, adrenal fatigue, foot and leg pains and injuries, rectal or colon problems, immune disorders or bone disorders.

You'll have a sense of ease things that used to seem so stressful seem to flow more effortlessly.
Less worry and fear, so along with beginning to feel a sense of ease, your worries and fears begin to dissipate.
Weightloss/gain. When you have a balanced root center, your body is able to effectively regulate your cortisol levels, lessening stress and increasing your metabolism. This leads to potentially achieving a healthier level of weight without drastic lifestyle changes.
Financial abundance. When our root chakra is open and balanced, we are able to access our natural state of being cared for in all things. This inevitably leads to feelings of financial wealth.
