- Clear Yourself -

“Ask the angels to release any toxic energies that you may have absorbed.”

This card comes to you because the angels see that you are carrying some lower energies. Because of your high sensitivity and compassion, you may have absorbed this negativity from other people’s fears. (See the Shield Yourself card on my previous blog for guidance about ways to protect yourself from this tendency.)

These toxic energies may have also sprung from your own past fears. Regardless of their material source, your angels want to help you clear your energy field.

It’s a good idea to ask for angelic clearing whenever you have experienced harsh situations where arguing, intense competition, violence, or substance abuse has occurred. As a sensitive light-worker, you sometimes unwittingly carry others’ painful energy in a well intentioned desire to be helpful (but please ask the angels to shoulder this pain from now on, as they are equipped to handle its radioactive toxicity without harming themselves.) Ready to clear?Then follow the Action Steps below.

Action Steps To Clear Yourself -

Sit or lie down in a comfortable position so that your back it not touching any surface (for example, lie on your side or stomach, or lean forward in your chair.) Then breathe deeply and say, either silently or out loud:

"Archangel Michael,

I call upon you now. Please Use your Divine healing magnet to lift any energies of fear, anger, or jealousy from my back, neck, and shoulders. Please help me feel compassion for those who may have sent lower energies my way so that they my be healed by Divine love. Thank you for clearing away toxic, fear based energies and entities from within and around me.”

There are several ways I like to clear myself. I use black my black tourmaline crystal.

I keep crystals on my person, in my pocket and even in my pillow slip. I also use my selenite wand. This crystal is fantastic for elevation your frequency, Your vibration. I start off at my crown chakra, a the top crown of my head and I sweep down my energy field front back and sides, always sweeping from the crown. These crystals combined work as a powerhouse to protect my energy and cleanse and elevate my frequency. I bathe regularly in himalayan salts, or epsom salts help to clear away negative energy that I may have picked up throughout my day. I use white sage. Smudging with white sage draws in negativity in and around you. You can smudge a room, your car, your entire home, yourself. Light a sage stick making sure to have an outlet for which the negative energy can escape, like a window and let it do it's magic.

These are my ways to clear my energy regularly these are all fairly inexpensive. I am grateful for everyone of these tools. Use these tools and regularly cleanse your spiritual body.
